The Statue of Liberty is 305
feet tall. We like to believe
in the freedom of music...
The Empire State Building was
finished in 1930 reaching a
height of 1,494 feet tall (to
the tip of the lightning rod).
If you look closely you can see
people on the 86th floor
observation deck two
levels below the base
on the right hand side below
the white satellite dish.
It is located at 34th St.
and Fifth Ave. (Broadway),
and is billed as
"The Eighth Wonder
of the World." On the
other hand is the
world's tallest
structure, CN Tower,
in Toronto. At a
height of 553.33m
(1,815 ft., 5 inches).
It is situated on
Front Street on the
shore of Lake Ontario
and was finished in 1976.
I have been to the top
of both structures -
CN during TFE and ES
during R30), for a
combined height of
3,309 feet, 5 inches.
That's pretty funny!

****RADIO CITY MUSIC HALL FINAL U.S. TOUR DATES SPECIAL****
This section is not just about photography and the two shows. It's also about me returning to New York City. I was
born at Beth Isreal Medical Center in 1965 in the city, lived in Riverdale as an infant, then moved to the burbs
in New Jersey where I stayed until I was about 12 years old. During that time I have vivid memories of trips to New York City,
including seeing Tower 2 of the World Trade Center being finished in 1969/1970. I was on top of those buildings
many, many times. My family and I also vacationed on Long Island for many, many years, and we still go there frequently.
Hopefully as a native New Yorker, I can bring the spirit of the city to these pages, as well as the intensity of attending
the two Rush shows at Radio City. As the content appears, I hope you'll take a look at the other things besides
the Rush stuff because I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Thanks!
