Jordan's Rush Portraits

WOULDN'T YOU BE SMILING?- I'm holding something like 25 tickets in my greedy little hands, including about 20 for the San Diego Sports Arena, four for two consecutive nights at the Great Western Forum and a single for the show at America West Arena. I had 16th row in San Diego, 5th row for the first night in Los Angeles, third row for the second night in L.A. and Charles, Meg, Jimmy and I scored a major victory with second row seats the day of show at the box office in Phoenix. Man, it was cold that night in Phoenix, AZ!

This is a photo of me and my really
good fried Tracy. We're both wearing
bootleg RUSH t-shirts from the CP L.A.
shows. We are standing in the parking lot of the San Diego Sports Arena. A special night it was. It was Tracy's first (and only) Rush show, and I got second row seats when they went on sale. My first real up close show.

This is my 1989 Silver Ford Ranger. I shoe polished it with all of Rush's albums (including the live ones) during the Counterparts Tour and drove around like this for a month. I wonder how many miles of its 120,000 was spent going to RUSH shows?

This is my good friend Joe Hall at the first night in Los Angeles. It was his first Rush show ever. I think he had a good time sitting in the 20th row! Not bad for a first show. Hey, maaaaaaan!

Jordan and Puanani, Molson Amphitheatre, Toronto, July 2nd, 1997, post-concert glowing. Can you see the excitement in our eyes? It was the last show of the tour for both of us. And yes, that's the third row, right in front of Puanani's boyfriend, Alex.

Parliament building, Toronto. If you don't know the background, I suggest taking a look at the cover of Moving Pictures.
